Elizabeth works on several levels utilizing an extensive range of bodywork tools to support release and adjustment of the body. Patterns of pain and holding can shift when the body has an opportunity to release held tension. With the information she finds, she encourages the body to adjust its physical patterns to create balance. She draws on her background as an Integrated Yoga Therapist and her prior experience as a Personal Trainer to offer exercises to increase strength and rebalance the body. Certifications include: Certified California Massage Therapist, NeuroKenetic Therapy (to rebalance the structural and functional integration of the muscular system), Ortho-Bionomy (responds gently to trauma and functional holding patterns to support the bodies own release and reset mechanism), Thai Massage and Integrated Yoga Therapy.
