A playgroup for women seeking support and tools to be more embodied and playful in their lives, work, relationships and community, using the gifts of InterPlay®. Includes Storytelling, Movement, Stillness, Contact, Voice, to name a few. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Please arrive around 1:45pm.

Mary Sobrina Kuder is a Visual Artist, InterPlay® Teacher, InterPlay Life Practice Leader, and Improvisational Performance Artist. She brings a lifetime of art, healing practices and 15 years as a Certified InterPlay Leader to inspire individuals and build community. The integrity and dedication of her own artistic life and InterPlay practice are the strengths of her teaching and leading. Her gatherings – whether an afternoon or a retreat – are spirit-filled, passionate, creative and sensitive.
