
Lindsay Safford was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Lindsay grew up training in various styles of dance: ballet, jazz, tap, and modern. In 2006, she took her first yoga class to help with her dance training and fell in love with yoga. She has studied many different kinds of yoga including: Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Restorative. She will be completing her Integrative Yoga 200 hour certification June 2011 and will be receiving her B.A in Dance from San Francisco State University in May 2011. She stresses the importance of movement, breath and body awareness and incorporates it all in her yoga practice. She loves helping people bring movement and awareness back into their bodies.
