Margot Schaal is a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner®,, has a Bachelor in Fine Arts, is a Reiki Master, and a Qigong teacher. She studied with students of Dr. Feldenkrais throughout her four years of training. Margot has practiced Feldenkrais® in the US and Rwanda, teaching children, adults, elders, athletes, musicians, artists, office workers and trades people, as well as the physically and mentally disabled. Her clients have learned to retrain their movements to address stroke, accidents, chronic pain, and to increase flexibility, balance and physical performance. Margot offers weekly classes, workshops and private instruction tailored to the individual at her offices in Petaluma and Fairfax.
