Mindful Flow Yoga
One Sunday Per Month, 4:00-5:30pm

$16 each class (or use your class card)

This class will offer a balance between alignment and strong and restorative asanas, with intention to create an opportunity to explore and deepen your personal practice. We will work with the breath to guide and ground the practice, presented in a way that will accommodate all levels of practice.

Clara Gray has been teaching all levels of Yoga for many years, including adaptive Yoga at College of Marin and other places.  She has also lead workshops for back care and Parkinson’s. Clara loves to embrace yoga as therapy for the mind and the body. Integrating mindfulness into her practice and teaching and using yoga as a tool to help balance the daily life challenges. Her classes are fun and engaging.
