Vicki Dufton is a Certified Integrative Yoga Therapy Instructor. Nine years ago, while looking for stress reduction techniques, she discovered yoga.  She fell in love with it and has been practicing and studying yoga ever since. Her gentle teaching style encourages the student to integrate all the layers of their being through movement, breath, feeling and attention to deep inner self.
